Together with AMP, we’re getting behind the I AM HOPE tour

AMP is proud to be partnering with the Key to Life Trust and to be getting behind the I AM HOPE TOUR, a wonderful initiative being led by Mike King to help combat the very high rates of suicide in our country. Mike is already spreading his message of hope in schools across New Zealand and The I AM HOPE tour is a way for Mike to reach even more Kiwis, especially young people.

The I AM HOPE tour aims to raise awareness and encourage communities and individuals to drive attitudinal and social change that is needed to reverse the incidence of suicide and depression. The I AM HOPE concept is simple – it is a commitment that we can all make to be open and to listen to anyone who needs to talk.

When is it?
The tour kicks off on 5 March 2018.  Mike and the team will ride from Bluff to Cape Reinga on scooters painted by famous New Zealand artists delivering their message of hope to schools and communities along the way.  The team will visit the following regions during the tour. You can see the full tour itinerary and follow the tour on their FaceBook page here.

How you can lend your support?
Mike will be arriving in Blenheim on Thursday 15th March, speaking at Bohally Intermediate School during the day with a community meeting being held at 7pm at Marlborough Girl's College. Come along, bring your family and friends, and hear Mike’s important message. If you want to know more about the tour please go to the I AM HOPE Facebook page.
